A discussion of the design and measurement of the space (time permitting).
A detailed quote is prepared with allowances for materials that have not been selected. Preliminary drawings are completed sufficiently to allow proper pricing. If more detailed drawings are required, for $250 for drawings to be completed in 3D and are released to the client.
The contract is signed, and and any materials requiring lead times are ordered. The start date is confirmed, and all required permits are applied for.
On the Start Date
The space should be emptied of all furniture etc. If demolition is required, a waste bin will be ordered, and demolition and framing will begin. Carpets and flooring on the main floor will be covered with temporary surface protection. Waste will be removed through windows when ever possible.
The rest of the procedure
Then rough ins for electrical, plumbing, and any other extra wiring and soundproofing.
Inspections are carried out.
Drywall and taping are completed.
Ceiling is finished in requested finish
Finish Carpentry is completed.
Trim and doors are sprayed, and walls are painted.
Cabinets and tile are installed.
Flooring is installed.
Final electrical and plumbing is carried out.
Final touch ups and adjustments are carried out.
